I don't see a discussion tho. I see a dreamer who wants to see some people and is using this as an outlet to request such.
I think people are doing this just for video and so that they can put something trendy in there social media. The reason why you pour a ice bucket in your head is that to feel how ALS people feel. The ice will shiver and paralyzed you a bit in the spinal cord, thats how ALS carriers feel.
Again too much awareness, Less donations.
Making video aint gonna change anything but just awareness and a long loop of nomination. Btw, You know how scientist do to try to discover a cure? Drill holes in mice head, making them have paralyzed body, and try all the medicine on them.
Finally someone gets it...

We all love ALS charity, but are you seriously gonna do the challenge just to lessen the donation?
Theres alot of people digging this and 7/10 of people who do the challenge doesnt even know what ALS stand for..
Research, donate and criticize contrustively.
No hate, just improving to make the cure immediately.

I said this in a similar post on YouTube
Do some more research on what and how they will be doing the research in ALS
And what I found out was that they use dead baby body's to do the research on
So I checked many more sources and this became true to me, another thing I found out was that 10% of the money that is donated goes to ALS research the rest goes to the government but nobody knows except for tha people working in the government,
Another thing I have myself come to conclusion with is.... If your body is already dead why try and bringing it back to its original state? I mean this did happen to you for a reason..... If we keep cheating death at this rate we will have such a big population that when they mate with the ones with immunes to the disease the off spring will be making or future generation populations weaker and weaker let's just say I just got ALS... I wouldn't want to suffer in this much pain so I would rather pass Becuase I don't know how long until they actually find a cure but hey who tf am I to choose who dies and who lives I'm just throwing out there to take into consideration Becuase this has more cons then pros (aborted baby's tested on, 10% of the money actually goes to research!we cheated death to many times but hey I'm not the judger on who lives and dies)
