Elondrian Locked Crates have not changed. They are still the only place to have a chance at getting the Mythic Elondrian Weapons.

Good job sts, again an unannounced awesome update. Doing stuff like this is good for the crate market, but, announce it 2 weeks before the actual update. Last week it was my birthday and i spend 4k plat for nothing. Today when I saw this update, Well I guess that's how sts wishes me a happy birthday. Thanks sts for ruining my bday :*

Here is where we made the announcement about Elondrian Crates not receiving the benefit of double odds weekend sin the future which was posted on 6/23/14. We agree with you that these things do indeed need to be announced, but sometimes old thread get lost and quotes hard to find. Thanks for understanding!

Since we get to keep Elondrian Crates after the event is over. If we hang onto our Elondrian Crates which have a 2x Mythic drop rate until the next 2x Mythic STS weekend special would these crates then have a 4x Mythic drop rate?

No. These crates will always maintain their current drop chances regardless of any future double mythic odd weekends.

Those items were discontinued long ago. I believe the lvl 36 mythic weapons were only available as a weekend event item right after shuyal's release, with the exception of the halloween re-skins of the weapons that were available during the halloween 2013 event and were discontinued thereafter. In other words, the only way to get these items is via trade. The level 41 mythic weapons released during the Ursoth's Assault event are still available today as a chance drop in [what's left of] the elondrian locked crates that were discontinued after the event ended. I'm not 100% sure if the elondrian crates still have double odds for these lvl 41 mythic weapons though, but during the event, they were. And the level 41 weapons are only available in the elondrian crates and not in the regular watch grand crates

Blew all my plat, bought another 1700, and blew all that as well.....no luck. 0 Mythics, 0 Arcane.

Then, of course, I open all my EGD's, and spend my 240 teeth on more EGD's to find.....nothing :-(

So, the odds for me at least are still exactly the same....0%
