Hey, I am getting quite bored of endgame pvp and pve. Its just not fun anymore. So what is the best lvl for a rouge to twink?
And what is a good build for that lvl? what pet is best?

26 Is pretty good even if you don't have enough for spend, you can use Cheap gear ( Less than 400k [Malison pet] ) and is pretty active

Lvl 17 is great. Active, competitive, frequent clashes. If u havg any question pm me at ign Lawbringer

I suggest start from the bottom... gold shouldnt be your concern. And dont pick a mage. Start at lvl 5 buy some quality gear. Give it a few runs or a day. Dont EVER stay in a room with lvls 2 lvls higher than you. Once you feel your over that lvl move on up to 6-8. Buy some more gear. And sell off your 5 gear. *Be Aware* ***6-10 gear is quite expensive***
Keep moving up or stay in a lowbie pvp tier. Its really up to you but realize it doesnt involve more skill at higher lvls. You just die faster. My official opinion is 8-11 has the best damage to health ratio.

Seconded, people say higher level = more skill required however at higher levels lets say in a 1v1 (two rogues for example) its all about who ever crits first whereas at lower levels this is not the case. But goodluck with making your decision

Level 12-14 is a good level, however, most rogues only use 3 skills due to lack of points. It does take much skill, and is hard to use if you are used to a 4 skill rogue.

8-13 was most fun for me. I agree to THERILLIST1 , best health and damge ratio. You can't be one hit. Most people keep 3 skills there for lack of skill points. They are fun

Edit: best skill would be Aimed shot, pierce and Medics.
pets: slag, dova, samael, glacian, lil bear, gyrm etc
