As correct as that someone is, we only ASSIST in helping players comprehend skills and their importance towards the type of twink they want. But of course, we encourage experimentation as well

I would like to create a new toon from scratch specifically for PvP. I'd prefer low level (10, 15?) and would like to be in an active level bracket. I have plat to spend. Please recommend a class, build, and level. Thanks!
