If you're saying just started then I'd recommend level 30 because shivering, iceberg, and brainfreeze items are pretty cheap compared to other pvp levels.

As far as I know it's still pretty active. Sets should all be no more than 50k unless you decide to buy Halloween armor or helm then it's maybe 150k-250k.Originally Posted by radagan

It all depends on what class you are planning to use. Probably best to ask other people for stats and skill builds though, I mostly just play L56 not L30.

Eh L20 is alright if u want cheapest way buy the bear plat pack about 35 plat I think. Pally is pretty good with right build and stats takes a little skill.

I have to say 15, but as programmed stated, I may be a bit expensive for a starter. But if you don't go for the very top gear, I think you could get away pretty cheap anyway
Cheap but still good would be Exp armor, Jewel Thief's Talon, Hallowed helmet and a purp off-hand/lv 10 plat pack.
