Vials are a myth?

Here comes new client with all possible fixes, as promised. 2 days passed and yet no single vial in any elite map. Those which are sold in auction were farmed long ago or re-sold since before. So there is a question: are vials forgotten to be fixed? If so, how long more do we have to wait to be able to farm them?
