Bear and I was thinking of using sewer sets

With sewer sets you're pretty much limited to fury and fortified. Unless you're really good, you're likely to be beaten by a lot of 56 sm/big top bears. I don't play bear much, I might be wrong, but I know that RS plate with big top glyph is really overpowered

Sm is for dmg and armor but bt is for dodge and hit%.

I think you get no M/s but overall pretty darn good. Just that glyph will have an advantage over you in fights.
