Is 23 good level for twinking?

I have done level 8, 10, 13. All were fun. I personally loved bracket 10 the most. Iam moving on to something new. Cant afford hooks! So must be lower than level 24.
I will make a warrior and then a rogue twink.
So is the 23 level brackets fun?
what are the chances of a warrior to win vs against equal geared rogue at 23?
Do 1-1 last equally long like level 10 pvp?
need some feedbacks!

I think warior can't win vs roque without jugg, so u must use 5 skills active

It's a bit tricky, but it's not too bad if you are aware of your cooldown times.

Your doing 15-17 right??well to that bracket warrior just need venge +50str to demolish rogues and mages.a lil diff.in 20+ coz this bracket is a lot balance for 3 classes compare to other bracket maybe even compare to end game

21-23 is most active anyway if you need guild your wc to try our guild lwarmongerl dont try 24 youll be food by 25-26 some of them using hooks and myth helm.
