Add Poison Cloud effect to Bulwark proc

I don't have a problem with the "new" bulwark but I do think that the curse proc is hard to notice in pvp clashes. Rarely can you see your feet when you are jumbled into a group.

To make the proc stand out more I think it should have a poison cloud that hangs over your head similar to when a mage curses. It could be a sickly green hued color or something. That way you know that the proc has hit you, and can readjust your play style as needed. I know a lot of people are wanting it to get nerfed but maybe if we could see that we are under the proc then it wouldn't seem as OP.
