Hey, welcome around.

For your quest, you select it and you press "Go to..." it will bring you to the place where you can complete it.
For armors and weapons, go to Baleford (you have to buy it with platinium that you buy with real money) and then you go to the consignment store. There, you can sell and buy items from other players.
To make money...play, that's the only advise I can give you. Lvling a character until lvl50 (without buying too much stuff) will bring you about 200k.
Can't answer your last question as I'm not on Android.

If you don't have Balefort yet you can buy equipment from ozz the merchant but you can get even better stuff just from killing bad guys

Open treasure chests by targeting them and touching the attack button.

Don't worry about money for now, you don't need much. You'll get weapons from bad guys or maybe find some to purchase. Mainly at lower levels you'll want to buy potions of health or mana though I suspect.

Just keep at it and have fun and the stuff (money, gear) will tend to take care of itself.

Got to the options and uncheck "High Quality" and disable all audio. That is the best you can do to increase performance.

You can create two characters under the same account, but to create more you need to use Platinum. You can either get this free by clicking the EARN FREE PLATINUM link on the top of the screen after you login and following the directions there, or buy it with real money here http://www.pocketlegends.com/

You might also want to read the New Players section of forums.

Also, if you walk through the Magic Portal in each town, it tries to take you to the appropriate level for your quest for that area if you have a quest. I think sometimes it's not quite right, but it tries. You can use the GO TO... and the Magic Portal to figure out where you need to be and then use Join Game to join that level of game but in a game with more players, so it's a bit more fun.

I'm really new on my bear so I can't advise what skills to train or decent bear equipment (still learning all this bear stuff myself), but I can answer that as a new player, you should go pure in your character until you figure out the game and how you want to play. Bears are strength, so put all your points there for now. That way you'll learn to play the bear the way he's meant to be used (as a tank) and you'll have enough strength to equip bear gear. As you read the forums and level up and learn the game, you'll learn about different builds and what they can do, but for now, brand new to the game, just play him straight strength. You can always respec him later if you want to try a different build.
