Farming focus gems

If anybody knows where and how to farm focus gems please could you tell me in as much detail as you can. I'm also buying these at 3k each!

They do drop at high levels, often in slayer, but easiest place is skeleton crypts in forest haven.
Use a high level, the trolls and bosses drop them infrequently which is one reason they're often over 10 k in cs.
