Server crashes each three minutes

Somehow when the ping goes up, the server crashes. Only now once each three minutes. It's not the new members that join because of award. Numbers are normal (~2200).

Since you wouldn't know if the servers actually crashed or not, please display exactly what you're seeing instead (can't login, failed to connect, etc.).
