That Old Bard

Hey guys! I was just wondering, is there a minimum level to them Bard Quests? I made a level 2 toon yesterday *slept* and I was unable to do the quest. But my other toons were :/

So as I stated, is there a minimum level or minimum requirement to do those bard stories?

What you really need to do is get your toon to outpost to have the bard quests be unlocked.

I believe we still have to reach level 3, at the minimum
