How to get Crown of persistant and...

Hi I started playing PL after 2 years. I have the lvl 66 mount fang amour for reaching lvl cap but it is not stachable. I wanted that armour for the new character i made but it not stachable so how can i get it i want it so bad. Also is it possible to get the Crown Of Persistant i missed out on that i just want those two vanity any ways i can get it? I have one already but i cant stach it so i cant give it to my new character please help.
Thanks in advance and the game looks dead after two years wonder y? Was it AL that caused this? Oh well i just need the vanity thats it

The only cap vanities you are/were able to stash is L56 uncrafted COP helm and L77 pet which is no longer stash able

Technically speaking, there are crafted CoPs that you can stash.

Until converted into a vanity item the CoP is crafted and stashable. Guess you only find those at level 56 quitters

got pet
stashed it
Went on rhino who had a 2pc already and got pet on that char obtained 3pc and taaadaaaa
