Even if soulbound and only one on a toon, u might be able to trade the item with 7dmg gem to youre next toon and gem another 7 and so on? Iseeproblems.. hope its max one pr. account really, or im farming this on as much toons as possible, and swapping gear from toon to toon getting atleast one 7dmg gem on each gearslot if thats max u can do pr item..
