Its a troll. This guy has commented on threads about pvp and he was saying boosting was and is the best, and right way on how to pvp.

A repeat of last year wouldn't be bad. But they should definitely add a little more. I'm happy as long as they add vanities. And i'm not talking about the costumes you don't even get to keep. Lol.
Anyway,
I dont think adding the weapons will be a good idea.

1. Paws/Reapers have significantly gone up in price and re-adding them to the market will hurt many player's wallet.

2. The weapons were nerfed along Fbows to balance PvP. Fbows aren't as common anymore, so neither should be the Halloween weapons. They were nerfed for a reason.
