I suggest it to stg.
1.Change the color of armor that players can for lvl 66. This vanity will cost 150 plat
2 Make halloweens plat packs.
3 Make free reset stats and skills.
4 Return Nativex or introduce new free platinum offers for people.
I will not write about costumes for 1 plat and halloween's location.

For the quest vanity maybe pumpkin helm or that orange witch hat or a zombie head
