Theres no mage pvp build that works. Warriors and rogues will kill you anyways because mages are so much underpowered in pvp and devs arent doing anything, sadly.
You may have a chance vs naked warrior/rogue though.

If you would do this:

5/5 FB
4/5 Lightning - no AoE upgrade
3/5 Heal - mana upgrade and HP regen upgrade
4/5 Shield - all upgrades except Displacement Wave

5/5 Int, str, dex, crit
The rest in durable

If u can play well u can kill almost anyone..that aldo reguires good gear but..like in twink world mages are really strong cause high mana

If you want to have pvp at lvl 41 be prepared to fight OP players with awesome gear.
you can go with curse 5-5, light 4-5, shield 4-5, heal 2-5(mana)
Prepare yourself. you will need to get geared up
