Updates for guilds

Hi everyone,
Guild has been an important part in this game.
It is what keeps many people stay in this game while there is nothin worthy to farm
However, I do think it needs some updates. It needs more than just guild log.
So here are some updates that I think should have and will make this game even more successful.

1.An auction in guild hall
Guild hall has been a place where people chat, but I do think we should be able to do something else as we chat. Just chatting in guild hall makes me feel a little like I'm wasting time there since I've done nothin. Putting an auction there can also make merchants discuss there, making guilds function even better.

2.Guild auction
Now we usually shout in guild chat to sell cheaper items for guild mates. But we're not online 24/7.
So, putting a guild auction that costs less to list an item will be great.

3.Guild leaderboard
For guild contests(to count kills or other stats) and to check whether someone is active or not.
Would be fun to compete in guild leaderboard too since current leaderboard is unreachable.xD

4.Cheaper elixirs
Same thing as in PL, no need to explain more

5.Direct button to guild hall
It's annoying that we need to go to a town and go through a guild castle to go to guild hall.
Idk why it is designed this way but I hope this can be changed.

6.Disband vote system
Happened to my former former former..(too many)...guild which was disbanded by a temporary master.
Ik it is kinda the origin master's fault (don't blame her), but I do think masters should not have the ability to separate all of his/her members.
A vote system would be awesome.

7.Welcome-to-guild
As someone joins a guild, there will be a welcome title which can be edited by the master.
Inside the title, master can explain simple rules about the guild as well

where which player is like more popular in helping etc etc.
