No you can't go on LB , it must be Lvl31/35+ ,I think not announced yet, it is coz the boss is too Kuch easy to farm at low levels than high, and maybe read some old thread of last ursoth event , and can understand whole thing why there is this requirement

Umm sure? Coz I had ran a couple of run with Lvl2 , with some free energies
u can run the event get rewards, but the min requirement for lb is announced to be l35+(check announcement..maybe l31?)
