Premium item packs. Appearance unique?

Is it true that those equipment are one of a kind? No duplicate looking items elsewhere?

No. Other people can buy them. There are 3 or 4 different set pieces you randomly get when u buy an item pack. You get some pinks and purples.

No what I meant was the looks of those sets are they unique? Or those design of the sets are common and could be gotten from drops/shops etc. I want to know if people will realize it is premium pack I am wearing. Is there a way to tell?

Yea, they look unique. You can tell what's premium and what isn't.

How do you tell? I got a wing shield from monsters exactly the same as the premium shield...
