Erm...no offense, but it looks like you splattered pain all over a picture of a model...I'm trying to keep this constructive D: maybe add some more stuffs!

I know the kind of effect you were aiming for
1. Use an action pose, where the model is moving in one direction (say a dancer or on a skateboard or on skis), use the splatters in the direction opposite to the direction of movement
2. instead of just white, fill in the splatters on the model with a gradient matching the background. If filling each splatter with a gradient seems tough, better way to do this is to delete the entire gradient and make your own.
3. You are using splatters, which make it look like paint, not like bits of the model are falling away. Go instead for a bunch of scattered dots, or any other shape
