Phone calls keep disconnecting me!!??

I'm new to AL used to play PL and SL. I thought there is a way to stop calls from disconnecting you. Is there???

Check your wifi (disconnecting usually happens when the Ping goes really high)

It's not the wifi, you actually get disconnected at times from phone calls. It's like exiting out of AL (with the home button, not stopping app) and using another application for a while. When you go back to AL, it restarts the app.

I usually play AL on my phone with Airplane Mode on
As for the exit out of AL and having AL restart, I think it is because connection timed out.
I can switch between AL and another game, but after about 2 minutes, I have to re-login.

(AL isn't the only game that does this. I play another game, which makes me re-login as soon as i switch to another app)

I guess phone calls make your connection timed out

On my samsung gs3, I can turn on Airplane mode, and just use WiFi
(will test this on iPhone)

Are you using WiFi or cellular internet to play? If you are using cellular internet, what service provider do you have? Some cellular service providers use CDMA technology like Sprint and Verizon. As a result, they cannot handle voice and data traffic simaltaneously. So, usually, your game will ping out if you get a phone call when playing AL on cellular internet.
