extremely unfair .

we all witnessed the server lagging issue and players joining empty maps that has nthn and like everyone i suffered from lagging then disconnecting from server and lost lots of energy kits , it was very annoying when every time i find the final boss i lag then dc , im sure the problem wasn't from my connection bcs each time i lag and my ping start increasing i check the browser if there is an internet connection and test the speed , it was perfect , the problem was from the server as many complained about it on forums and sts gave each player 3 energy kits as an apology bcs the lag was from the server and 3 kits wasn't really enough .it really annoyed me when i had to wait 8 hours for energy kit then lose it due to lag .however i tried so hard to make up the energy kits i lost by crafting and was struggling to get event points and when i reached 4090 point which is very close to plat rank the event ended , if there was no lag problems i would not lose energy kits and i would reach the plat rank easily , im only asking to be fair and do the right thing by making my rank plat and reward me with mythic gem for my hard work , is that too much?

While we're on the subject of "unfair". I've spent tens of thousands of Plat on locked crates without even getting one mythic or arcane item. So I would like for STG to give me a Sam, Arcane Shard, and a heck why not a Singe to.

nice one but im talking about the server problem which ruined my event runs and sts proved it by giving energy kits as an apology but for locked crates there is no problem its about luck so good luck for you next time .

I am in the same boat as u guys. I couldn't even reach plat tier. The event system they have going is NOT the preferred meathod for most of us players.

And for commanderkeens comment i also have spent thousands on this game and only looted a hammerjaw over a year ago. No other arcanes. Wont be one rither as i refuse to pay a game to get absolutely nothing in return.

I ould love to see a lock looting system where if u dont loot an arcane object after a couple hundred dollars, u would get on a smaller loot table where u r more likely to loot something for our money.

As for the event if they combined some tarlok event portal system in with the energy system lots and lots of players would stay and play more and more...and in turn pay more and more

I lost about 600k on energy kits cuz of the dc problem, and now a poor guy gets poorer. Sts give us a refund!!!
