Buffs and Debuffs on Boss

It would be very usefull to see buffs and debuffs with timer on bosses. Something like this:

but like pvp, you cant see your enemies buffs/debuffs, only your party.
its the challenge.
you could watch for all the tell tale sign, red zones, stance etc.

dont think they will do anything about this though.
