Planar is so tough i feel that legendary players cant pass through it until next cap comes and we enter with 46 level gear.

But if they accommodated it to legendary players the 10% of the max players would find it too easy and would be running through it like wt4

It's a big gap between legendary and maxed out players so it's a tricky situation to fix

Lol then you have met some weird players, once the tombs are released on the real server all maxed out players will try and get a mythic pendant.
