STS SERIOUSLY,
not only that it needs 10 minutes !!! to login FOR MORE THEN A WEEK because of that android bug.. NO... you login wait 10 minutes till this is done and after that you have to play with pings of 1k and more but mnot for long because every 5 minutes there is a disconnect... cmooooonn!!!
Your servers, i bet vmwares, must have send billions of warnings! You could at least have disabled the new Planar Testserver to get the life-server somewhere back to normal!

I wouldn't say that it takes ten minutes to login but it does take significantly longer than it used to. All load times take significantly longer than they used to.
Yeah. It's one of worst we've had here and it really was a rookie mistake. There is a thread in bugs and Devs said it requires a new client to fix it and should be early this week. I also was surprised they launched test server with the live-server in disrepair too. Alas, that was a cluster as well so seems like the new norm around here.Originally Posted by Robhawk

Please post the following there to help us isolate any issues:
- Estimated time when the lag or disconnection occurred
- Character Name
- Type or device and OS. You can usually find your OS version in your settings.
- # of players in party and map you were on when experiencing lag or disconnects
- Description of the problem. What exactly happened?
- When did your connection issues begin? (date)
- Have they tried playing on a different internet connection? (WiFi vs 3g vs 4g)
