Stuck in Tutorial - Can't even Access Avatar Swap Screen

Hello,

I am stuck in tutorial on my character Apollo and am unable to complete it. Additionally, if I try to re-log to gain access to my character list, it just auto zones me to Apollo in tutorial map!

Please help!

Hey Sam,

I just waited out the feature which lets a character rezone into the same map if he logs in quickly. Waiting 5 minutes and trying to log in again seemed to fix it. However, the character Apollo is still stuck in the tutorial map. I think the glitch occurred when exiting the tutorial map while starting it.

I don't think a support case is necessary since my character is L1. I can just delete it and start over. However, for new players, I imagine it would be a very frustrating issue.

Yeah, just delete and restart.

I'm assuming that the reason you are stuck in the tutorial is that the character Apollo you had sitting around, not played, at level 1 for a long time now? Likely, we changed something with the tutorial that broke it for characters in that state, but newly minted level 1s sail through just fine.

If, after you delete and re-create, if you find that you still can't get through the tutorial, please get in touch.

There is also the issue with /tutorialskip command not working properly (just makes you re-enter same instance) and blocking you from completing the tutorial. Just saying.
