Just started a rogue. Speed leveling at the moment. Already bought my endgame weapon and debating whether to buy mythics or not. I understand this is better, but I'm not sure it will be possible to farm for this without mythics lol. I guess I'll hold off to see what the difficulty is when it's formally released.

Mythics are known to stay competitive for 2 seasons. They need to be replaced at one point or another. Tell me, does it make sense to have new campaign gear be inferior to gear that dates back to L26?

People always want new stuff but complain when their current stuff isn't as good.

Actually, the mythics are lvl 36 once upgraded. They should be better than any lvl 41 legendary.

I did mention that. The devs have never explicitly stated that mythics were to be blatantly better than their legendary counterparts. That's why I used the term competitive. A player could buy a mythic weapon now and wouldn't need to upgrade until the current season and next were over.

Which brings me to my point. The season has ended. Planar Arena introduced the latest one even if there was not a full-blown expansion. Either way.. The L36 mythics should now be replaced.

But the point stands. Who would farm for gear that is worse than what he/she currently has? Take a look at Planar Arena.

They each offered something different than the other or the mythics. U chose armor or damage or HP

But for people who don't have much money don't want to buy and upgrade mythics now they may as well buy the new legendary gear out of cs depending what the price is I guess
