I am not good at PVP. By comparing Stat Singe Vs Sam, Why is Sam more preferable in PvP. Whereas, Singe stat is Higher??? Thank you

Sam vs Singe? Where to begin lol.
To start off with singe passive ability does not in any way compare to sam's terrify. As far as I know it is just a slight stat buff and chance to stun (much rarer than terrify from what I've seen). Next is the passive ability. Samael's PA hits nearly twice as fast as Singe's, dealing huge damage. I can almost never beat a tank with samael in a 1 vs 1 fight because of this PA strike rate. If I had to fight a tank with same gear and build twice, once with sam and once with singe, I would have a MUCH higher chance of winning while he uses singe.
Finally, sam has a great health (and mana but useless to u as a mage) regen as part of its AA and this definately helps keep you alive in PvP.

I can understandt u, if someone will be part of Arcane legends Elite he need much real money to do this.
I'll also tell u, that i don't buy-use platinum too but reached with hard work and great guldies 17,200 aps and a for me good pvp kdr. With aps is it just a ask from time to get more cause i just needepvp and the arcane archiv.
What i'll tell u with my terrible english is, that u can reach much in AL without real money.
