Letal Sharks is a guild born on 5 of August 2015.
The guild is opened to players 25+ (currently lv required).

Needed lv 41+ and stay in guild for a minimum of 2 weeks
Promotion to Officer
Officer candidates are nominated and voted in by officers on the basis of the following criteria:
1. Of current cap level with at least one toon with Paragon title.
2. Outstanding helpfulness both on map or in answering questions on guild chat.
3. Outstanding friendliness, cooperation and interaction with other guild members.
4. Outstanding level of activity and initiative, including in organizing runs, offering help, and coming up with suggestions for guild events and improvement.
5. Proven loyalty to guild (candidate must have been in guild for more than one month).
6. Game knowledge and experience on all maps a must.
Responsabilities:
1. Make sure that guild rules are followed. Post reminder where necessary.
2. As you have received, so you should give. If you have received help from other guildies, do your best to pay it forward. Help other guild members when you can, as much as you can. Or help the guild in general by leveling up.
3. Get to know your guild mates and interact with them. The guild is a family and the more you communicate with others, the more you will benefit from guild. People may be more inclined to help you, for instance. Maintain a friendly, helpful, encouraging and supportive environment in guild.
4. Be active player. Log on to your char every day even if only to say hi and do Bard daily quest.
5. Project a good image of the guild. Wear guild title, fight well and trade fairly and honestly.
6. Strive to become better players. Level up, respec where necessary, read guides, seek and do any advice on build/gear/pets so that you may become a more capable and reliable guild member.
7. Ask for parties for achievement/farming/elite/xp runs in guild before looking for partners outside of guild.
8. Get involved in guild events and activities.
9. Continuously increase your achievement points and pve/pvp kills.
10. Come up with and communicate ideas for events and activities to officers or GM.
11. Keep guild chat conversations G-rated, free from any kind of discrimination and harassment.
RULES
To have fun together guys a guild need some simple rules, here there are our guild rules:
1)No beginning and no scamming either in or outside the guild
2)Be respectful,no foul language on guild chat,no spamming,and no overuse of capslock
3)Use only English on guild chat
4)Do not leech. Fight alongside your helpers.Helpers are allowed to leave map if the one they help does not do any fighting
5)Post help request on guild chat, mentioning where it is needed.Do not blind invite
6)Always thank your helpers for their time and effort. Helpers are allowed not to help member anymore if they are persistently ungrateful
7)Always sell below auction prices to guild members
8)No drama.Keep quarrels and/or trade negotiations out of the guild chat
9)No arguing with officers.If you are told to level up/respec/gear up before running cetain maps, do so.
As we accept in guild also lv 25-40 most of guild members are 41+ so we have players with experience and ready to do elites,planar tombs and arena runs.
The following requirements are necessary to do all kinds of this run in guild: [elites from Nordr to Glinstones,Planar tombs and Planar Arena]
Rogues:
600 dmg, 3400 health, 1400 armor.
Mages:
630 dmg, 3400 health,1200 armor.
Warriors:
450 dmg 7000 health, 2100 armor.

Nordr: warrior-mage-rogue x2/ warrior x2-mage-rogue
Shuyal: warrior-mage-rogue x2/warrior-rogue-mage x2
Tindirin: warrior-rogue x3/ warrior-mage-rogue x2
Glinstones: warrior-mage-rogue x2
Planar tombs: (completed all 3 to grants planeswalker title, after you will unlock the planar tomb daily)

A full rogue party is the best choice but you can do it with a classic party warrior-mage-rogue x2
There are 5 kind of runs in arena randomly:
Proximity curse: DON'T ENTER IN THE CIRCLE OF YOUR ALLIES (ALLIES SAME COLOR CIRCLE)
Vortex crystal: RUN AROUND THE ARENA IN THIS WAY YOU WON'T KILL OTHER PLAYERS
Mushroom: STAY ALL ON THE WALL NEAR THE WARRIOR HE WILL GIVE YOU HEAL TO NOT DIE
Spiders: THE SAME AS THE MUSHROOMS
Enraged mode: here you have 60 seconds to kill the boss USE PETS WITH CRTICAL AND BUFFS LIKE RIBBIT AND GYRM (NEED IT)
Every run is made up of 4 randomly bosses at the end you will receive a chest not tradeble.
Better loots in these chests:
Arcane fossil
Vial of ectoplasm
Reinforced gems
Planar set lv 41

Hi guys this kind of guild event helps our guild to grow up as members but you RECRUITERS can win pets,weapons and vanities!
How to participate:
To paricipate need recruiter rank (currently lvl needed is 25)
How to win:
The first recruiting contest need to recruite 15 players all lvl 15+
win the first recruiter that arrive to 15 points (1 player = 1 point)
Only players that stay in guild and not left with lv 15+ are count as a point
Reward:
In this first recruiting contest the first who reach 15 points will win Squeakems 'n Squis egg (the squirrel couple pet)
The contest will start friday 22/08/15 at 21:00 (italian time)
