I don't know if there are even any tradable rings in game yet (remember the vanity section was there before any tradeable vanity items). Anyway, how much they would cost or what I would spend depends entirely on rarity and stats, so it's impossible to say until we have that info

right now they're only available through the plat store. I doubt they'll be dropped any time soon. I'm pretty sure they start dropping since the highest level ring is lvl 20 only.

Which is the best ring to get for an int enchantress?
It depends what you're after. I recommend the premium crystal rings. My first purchase was the level 20 "of life" one because I am obsessed with M/s. It gives 3M/s , 1 or 2 H/s and like 4 damage I think. However another crystal ring with Crit or something (they all have some M/s and damage) would also be good. The other mage rings (platinum rings i think they're called) give armor and mana I think. That could be fine if you really feel squishy but they don't seem as good as the crystal ones to me.
