Try Oltgar Keep. Krunch spawned several times while I was trying to farm Kelvin yesterday.

In the maps where bael and krunch are, u are allowed to join after boss is killed. Thats why tbey had to put a time limit on portals during tarlok event

I found bael part 2 in windmoore harbor after I defeated bluecrab
Maybe, Krunch part 2 is at Oltgar Keep after the boss
Anyways These are the locations of Bael part 2 and Krunch Part 2 (2013 | Nordr Expansion)
Bael Part 2: Windmoore Harbor, Crystal Cavern, Skull Cove
Krunch Part 2: Oltgar Keep
Shuyal Expnasion Location of Bael part 2 and Krunch part 2 is still unknown
