Planar tombs

I tried to get into the Planar tombs and I couldn't. A guild mate said I need the recipe. I went to buy it and,it said I need tokens. Where/how do I get the tokens?

Nobody has the recipe... only requirement to enter tombs is lvl 40-41 good luck

Actually, it's not the recipe you need to enter the tomb, but the requirement is you have to be level 40-41.
