So support used to refund ur pet if its level 1 they can re put it to an egg, but now they saying they dont do that anymore!! So if I openned an egg by mistake I cant refund it ? But why :/
I mean we do work hard for our gold, dont we deserve a refund !!

I think it depends who deals with your support ticket, most are great and helpful but some just cba and fob you off through laziness I guess.

Lol sts support is useless, this guy told me they do refund token purchases but not gold purchases at a token shop, meaning that I'm stuck with a 250k gold relic...

I didn't have in mind to open one of the grimms i bought with tokens last event. I wanted to use an energy point,I lagged and oops!!... I used 2energy points and opened a grim. Talked to suport and got ignored
Lvl 1 pet no change names but oh well.... So, I got a new banner and achievement tho

I've heard of some cases where they purposefully open an arcane egg, freeze EXP gain and do a test drive for however long they feel like before they send a ticket requesting re-egging their "accidental" click. Although unless they're getting too many re-egging requests either from a specific person or generally, it is a bit weird to stop assisting out of the blue.

You cant disable a pets xp gain....

you actually can but this would mean that the owner of the pet would have to be lvl 1 with 0 xp.

Thats not disabling the pets xp gain as the pet can only be the same level as the character (usually) its disabling your own xp and not letting your pet get the last 1xp to level up.

0xp is impossible for a char. The tutorial gives 3kills and the menu is disabled then.

Ok sorry im not very active as before so I didnt write more in my thread, but guys u kinda changed the subject in my thread.

Support team actually refunded almost 3 eggs for me in the past and usually they have no problem doing it, but recently I received this reply for my case..

And I made this thread actually to push sts into resolving this, cause I dont think its fair to not be able to refund, and maybe sts had to inform us before making such decision, so we be more careful with eggs

haha! This happens when an 'unintended" service becomes too popular in game. If im not wrong, this service weren't in the forums until someone posted that support can do this type of service. Now everyone knows about it, they just decided to stop entertaining things like this even if the reason is valid.
