No, you cant, end of confusion =] honestly you can have a survey ingame ask 10-20 people im pretty sure you can rely on the results youll get there

No, someone in PvP (ally) literally used 6 different skills before dying. I asked him and he said he can have more than 4. I was confused as in if it was on your toggle menu or if you'd have to go through skill page then skills to use it (he logged off before I could ask him that). Only 4 at once but I'd really like a skill load out option like the one we have for gear. Even better if we had an option to switch load outs without having to go through menu screen.
