Rogue - Shadow Absorption - Do not use

(Orginally posted in Bugs forum - wanted to repost this so Rogues checking skills will not waste points on Shadow Absorption at this point)

Under the Shadow Veil skill, the sub-skill Shadow Absorption claims to reduce the base cost of Shadow Veil and Shadow Piercer abilities by 50%. After comparing it to the other skills, both Shadow veil AND Shadow Piercer abilities still are costing the same base amount. This is easy to see by casting Aimed Shot which costs 51 mana, holding a piece of paper over the mana bar where the bar lowered to, letting your mana refill while still holding the paper and then casting Shadow Piercer which at it's base costs 62.5 and it STILL costs the same as before. This same method for determining mana drain when using Shadow Veil shows the Shadow Absorption skill also doesn't work with it.

At this time I'm definitely reporting Shadow Absorption as broken and would not recommend anyone waste a point in it like I did

Please fix this STS. It seemed like a great skill to use, and was one of the main reasons why I picked Shadow Veil for the 50% cost reduction in Piercer - but now, seems a waste.

I can confirm that it did nothing for me. Tested shadow piercer with razor shield, they both have same mana cost. So I respecced
