They devote all attention to it so the rest of the games don't even get simple bug fixes, even if they game were unplayable, they probably wouldn't notice.

The problem is that Al is the only game that they really care.

We have been told many times about why AL is the "priority"
But keep in mind, the holidays are not all about the money. I beleive STS when they say they care. Now is the time of the year to show it.
