No, only Locked Grand Crates of the Watch.

Elondrian Crates already have 2X chance for Mythic. The price change will affect Elondrian and Halloween Crates for the weekend (10 Platinum rather than 15 to open).

these locked need to be 7-10 plat anyway as a permanent pricing..15 plat is just to high (considering i've only ever opened 3)....maybe people using the free plat apps can open more then just one during an event.

but 10 plat is a nice start, now i can use the plat from trialplay..so thats nice
