Good equip to level dex mage at 40? (been out of game for months)

I've been gone since oasis first came out and thought I'd come back and hopefully the amount of new stuff would get me hooked again, unfortunately I'm a bit lost for good items atm.

Lvl 40, dex mage looking to lvl up.
Equip: Scorpion helm of finesse, ice spike of finese, mambozas croc scale leather, menes wing of finesse, fine platinum band of life.

If anyone could list some of the newer items I should be on the lookout for lvl 40-45 that would be great, thanks! Preference towards regen over damage, current setup gives 12h/s 9m/s, dps 126, 58 armor.

For level 41-45 gear look for Isis stuff (scorpion leather and helm, red scarab bow), and if using a talon, go for the desert eagle talon of Thoth and Menes wing of Isis.
