Necro crates only have one good mythic in them and mediocre legendaries. Not worth 60K. Elondrian held their price because they contain the best weapons for both rogues and mages AND they have good gear for twinks.

2X does not apply to necro locks as they are already 2x but the discounted cost of opening them has given them a small boost.
Either way as already stated the loot in them for the most part isn't as good as Elon Locks so expecting them to reach comparable prices is most likely unrealistic. Good luck though.
