I accidentaly opened grimm...
Can I have the egg back? I think I read some threads about this and that you have the egg back if the pet is still lvl 1 or something.

It takes time when the respond, i had the same situation in Halloween and i made a support ticket and they kindly re-egged mine. Be sure it stays lvl1
