Good Afternoon everyone, recently I twinked at lvl 12 and would like to know which weapon is better for pvp. Should I use storm sword or Conqueror wall of potency?

lvl 12 ss. higher than 15 conquerors wall. I can already hear them yelling at me telling me i am stupid. Here ill back it up. 25 regen isnt great the higher lvl u r. Stun proc is way better the higher u go.
