Yay to living in Quebec! Where you can drive alone at 17 and buy alcohol legally at 18 but your parents let you drink when you're 12!

No lol its actually pretty good. 16 years olds are kids and cant control a car with 200 horsepower. Finnish roads just arent same as in america.
At age of 15 you can get a moped car or moped which are very popular in finland. At 16 you can upgrade to 125cc motorcycle.
You cant really do massive destruction with a car that weighs 400kg and has 10 horsepower and top speed of 45kmh.

Same is in sweden and norway too, and nordic countries have like least accidents in the world because our police and traffic are so well under control and there are no stupid rules on roads. If you have to pay a fine, you did something wrong and hopefully also understand why its wrong. Theres always a legit reason.
