Something, anything, just as long as we can actually see when someone has it equipped.
As of right now there's nothing that sets this time consuming thing to craft apart except from looking at someone's stat page, there should be some kind of effect on it to reflect it's power and rarity.

Gonna bump this till we get a particle on the pendant and they fix the proc rate and the crystal buffs, it looks and feels like an unfinished product.

It already has an effect when it Procs. But I see that you are interested in an "all-the-time" effect which I am totally for +1

As a suggestion, perhaps you can make the arcane circle that appears when it procs a permanent effect that'd be cool.

Im just gunna say a purple band around the neck would be cool. Kinda like those necklaces from dark legends. But make is super cute ofc.
Something would be nice since it procs so little for rogue and mage in maps which are not tombs. And since it takes a monumental effort to actually obtain.
Maybe Purple Particles, much like the blue ones from the old Amulets just purple to suit the Purple Crystal theme.
I'm sure the warriors will be thrilled with this suggestion.
what if guy has both para and necklace which effect will come then mhmm?
They are layered like the para gem on the arcane ring - both have separate particles but still work together as an effect.

Great idea. I think they could be visible like real necklaces, maybe purple just as over planar eq, but they should also have some kind of a sign visible from a large distance - maybe a light like in Keshal? Or some smaller elements flying around in a group? It's an issue for guys from Fan Art
have a halo on the toon head if they wear planar amulet
