There should be world chat or Look for party channal with this game. It is so hard to find team if you go into wrong map. Sometime it take half hour to find a team and sometime 5mins.

When you are trying to find a party for a map (take Watcher Tombs lvl4 for example) Just say something like:
"pt <your lvl> <your character clas>"
Join elite PvE guild, problem solved.
I am currently at Elite runner guild and still having trouble looking for party. Reason? there are limited player in one map, you cannot relocate yourself to other map. AFK filling up your map.
I am sure yelling working sometime but not all the time
There would be so much server lag.
