WHY SUPPORT PORTAL don't response?

It's not like I spam there with nooby querries!! I email there and create a new case only when I have nowhere else to go and no workaround left!
I have created a case some days ago. Waited waited and waited. No agent has been assigned. No answers have been given!! I have created a new case again regarding Why not answering or looking at my case? And that case is ignored aswel.
Upset about it!!

Support answers emails in the order that they are received.
