Nerf STR set, ADD dodge buff

What do you think? if they nerf str set dodge stat but adding in taunt and evade.
Just imagine "if" str lustrous set base dodge stats is 5a and after 2x taunt and evade, total dodge is 10a
why not make fulll str lustrous set base dodge stats to be 3a or 4a and after 2x taunt and evade total dodge is 10a

after using 2nd example :
PRO:
1. pally will not be that OP anymore since base dodge its lower
2. higher chance to hit bear when they have no buff or when they run out of buff
CON:
3.bear got more dodge when equiping another sets

OPTIONAL:
1.add restore effect to free from negative effect in some class
2. and maybe its need adjusment on another sets or class

so what do you think?
