Skill point build

OK lovies.....need some direction in skill point allocation. My focus is to keep my pve AND PvP sq alive. All I ever play in mmorpg's is cleric....so is it safe to say my heals should b maxed and my aoe's?
All input will b considered.

heal should be maxed in addition to lightning. no need for ice storm to be maxed but if ur 35+ up then max fire light heal and buffz

keep ms 1 and res 1

as u lvl invest into frost drain nightmare
