Need Clarification!

1. Is there any new legendary sets that have better stats than mythics?
If yes, change the class of that legend to a mythic cause it violate the system of classing item.
Example: Rare item better than common, epic item better than rare, legend better than epic, mythic better than legend, and all and all.

2. New Mythics weapon released on winter event and got better stats than mythic elondria, what do you think about this?
Last year while releasing mythic 36 such as twin "razor, glaive, and orbital". In 2013 Halloween event, STS release the new mythic with the same stats, just different looks >> "nightmarish, bonesaw, and scythe". That's good because the stats isn't change, just different looks. Now, its totally different.

3. According to timed run records, is it fair to remove the planar and tindirin records just to make the maps rejoined?
How about this suggestion:
- For timed run runners, give choice while join the map to run it as free rejoin or for timed runs.
- If for timed runs, that's make you unable to rejoin the map because there is timed is running on the map.
- Why I said it must be unable to rejoin if you chosed timed runs, because that's a risk and you need preparation for it, right? Such as gear, party, strategy, and good signal of course.
- People also could do achievement or farming purposes and enjoy the maps by select the rejoin map choice (in this case mean not a timed run maps so there is not time and players can rejoin the map).

Edit: there is no system either for this just compare scorch and any of the recently released event pets.

1. Legendary gear should be better than mythic when the mythics are outdated.
2. STS made a mistake by doing that. Too much supply in the market now.
3. I love it, because a lot of people disconnect and can't rejoin, and it's really annoying.

Its not the halloween 41 that we're talking about.
The 36 halloween is a good example because the stats is same from the old ones (glaive, razor, orbital) and just have different looks at halloween 2013 mythic weapon (bonesaw, nightmarish, infused).
At elondria event, there is elondrian mythic released, right?
In this winter, STS just make the same weapon, but not only different looks, its include different stats.
